I love and appreciate all things natural and organic and I believe
it is important that we all take care of our bodies inside and out. Since having my children I have really made an
effort to keep healthy… aside from the celebrations and parties which really do
deserve indulgence, I believe that giving our children the healthiest start in
life is very important.
I am planning to regularly post some nutrition and exercise
tips that I have learnt over the past few years. I will also post some recipes for healthy and
organic foods, and even share with you my supermarket shopping lists! Hopefully
these will motivate you to start eating healthy or to keep going with you goals.

My first tip for you is to think about why you want to
eat healthy and why you want to exercise… what is your motivation? Whatever
it may be, write it down – put it on your fridge (or in your bedroom if you want
it private), look at it everyday to remind you why you decided to start this
life long healthy lifestyle.
You’ve probably heard this before but a good tip is to take
note of what you actually eat and drink.
I think you will actually be pretty
surprised about what you’re actually eating without even realising it or just
out of habit.
If you’re new to exercise then I suggest to just go for a
couple of short walks a few days a week.
Whether it be walking to work, walking the dog, taking your kids for a
strol, or even walking to your local cafĂ© to get that daily coffee… anything is
a good start!
